Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing and making the most of the fine weather. A 35 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha will allow you to share good meals and fully savour the summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover from the entrance a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The lounge, comprising a comfortable sofa and a television, opens onto the garden through a large bay window that brings in lovely natural light. The ceiling, superbly crafted in rounded light wood, evokes a wave or a boat hull and gives the whole space a unique charm. The dining area, located on the other side of the room, has a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people for convivial moments. The open-plan American kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if at home.
