Inside and out, this beautiful house located in the heart of the village of L'Épine, on the island of Noirmoutier, reveals many charms. Behind its white walls and light blue shutters, this vacation rental reveals authentic assets such as wooden paneling, beams, a fireplace and stone walls.
The 3 bedrooms, spread over 2 floors and equipped with parquet flooring, offer considerable comfort, thanks to their brand new bedding, changed in 2024. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second has a double bed and a single bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top). The house can accommodate up to 7 people, and the facilities such as the travel bed, high chair and changing mat also accommodate a baby.
To facilitate daily life during a stay with family or friends, the house offers two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower) as well as two toilets. The large independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a hood and an island. The multi-pancake machine and the pierrade are available to organize festive dinners. The house is also equipped with television and wifi, as well as board games and books for all ages.
The garden, entirely enclosed by walls and hedges, is wooded to preserve your tranquility. The wooden decks, with garden furniture and barbecue, allow you to enjoy the outdoors all day long.
L'Epine is a friendly village on the island of Noirmoutier, connected to Vendée by a bridge and a submersible road, the Gois. Shops, bakeries, bars, creperies, convenience stores are combined in the village. Epine Beach is 1 km from the rental. On this side of the island, it is extended by a succession of sandy beaches and fishing areas. Coastal paths and bike tours crisscross the island, cross the salt marshes, join Noirmoutier and its colorful market, the pretty beach of Bois de la Chaize, the lively port of Herbaudière, the charming village of Le Vieil... Each activity and walk is an opportunity to discover the natural sites, the typical heritage and the corners of the island. Bikes can be rented a few steps away from the house.
The chimney cannot be used.
This rental benefits from a concierge service with a concierge available throughout the stay for personalized services.

A gem of a house in an ideal location. Felt very homy indeed. We also appreciated the various books on local walks, bikes rides and history left by the owner these made our stay very special and worthwhile.

Beaux couchers de soleil depuis la chambre rose d en haut. Petit jardin mais calme et transats confortables. Cuisine très bien équipée où il fait bon cuisiner et discuter à plusieurs. Très sympathiques surprises accueillantes que nous vous laissons découvrir. Une bonne adresse proche du centre de l épine pour tout faire à pied dans la si belle lumière de l île.
