In the heart of the Périgord countryside, enjoy a peaceful stay in this house accommodating up to 8 people, with heated swimming pool, terraces and beautiful unobstructed views of the surrounding landscapes.

The property consists of two independent spaces: a main house and an annex comprising 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for preserving everyone's privacy. With its 4 bedrooms in total, outdoor spaces and heated swimming pool (open from 15 May to 30 September), it is perfectly suited for stays with family or friends in La Bachellerie, close to the must-see attractions of Périgord.

The kitchen, opening onto a cosy lounge area, is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee makers and kettle).

For sleeping, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 – in the annex: 2 single beds (90x200) pushed together to form a King size bed
- Bedroom 2 – in the annex: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm)
- Bedroom 3 – upstairs in the main house: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm)
- Bedroom 4 – upstairs in the main house: a double bed (140x190 cm)

Two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one in each building. As well as 2 WCs, one of which is separate.

You can park easily, up to 2 cars, on the grounds.
