Upon arrival at the house, you will be immediately captivated by the serenity that emanates from this large room in which are inserted the kitchen, open and very well equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle), the dining room and two lounge areas. The first invites conversation and sharing and is located near the fireplace, whilst you will be perfectly settled in the second to watch a film.
Outside, the house opens onto a pleasant garden, nestled under the pines and surrounded by greenery. You will enjoy beautiful outdoor living spaces designed for moments of relaxation and conviviality: large covered terrace for sharing meals at any time of day, designer furniture, comfortable garden seating, sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine, and charcoal barbecue for indulgent summer evenings after the beach. For more playful moments, a table tennis table completes the outdoor facilities. Sunny spaces and peaceful atmosphere make this place a true cocoon between nature and ocean, ideal for savouring long Baule days with family or friends.
