The first invites conversation and sharing and is located near the fireplace, whilst you will be perfectly settled in the second to watch a film or play board games.
Outside, the house opens onto a pleasant garden, nestled under the pines and surrounded by greenery. You will enjoy beautiful outdoor living spaces designed for moments of relaxation and conviviality: large covered terrace for sharing meals at any time of day, designer furniture, comfortable garden seating, sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine, and charcoal barbecue for indulgent summer evenings after the beach. For more playful moments, a table tennis table completes the outdoor facilities.
