This welcoming and modern 96 m² house is perfect for a family or friends getaway. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The upstairs bedroom offers the possibility of separating the king-size bed into two single beds.
The American kitchen, both modern and functional with its elegant black finishes, is perfectly equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and citrus press. It opens onto a dining room with colourful chairs, a friendly space to share warm meals. The cosy living room invites you to relax after a day at the beach.
You can also enjoy a pleasant garden, perfect for outdoor barbecues, as well as a balcony where you can relax.
For added comfort, a parking space and a bathroom with hairdryer are also available.
