Its main asset is undoubtedly its garden and terrace, which allow you to make the most of the beautiful days: from the moment you wake up with a cup of coffee, at midday with a summer salad, for an afternoon nap in the sun, and in the evening to prepare some good grilled food.
In addition to its exterior, the house benefits from a location with all amenities nearby, the beach for good swimming, and the La Baule forest for lovely walks.
The living area is modern. You will find the lounge conducive to a moment of calm for reading, as well as a space to share a cup of coffee with a view of the outside. Finally, the kitchen-dining room where you can prepare good dishes and then savour them. The kitchen is very well equipped and has induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
When tiredness sets in, you can go to the bedroom and snuggle up in the double bed. You can also unfold the sofa for two additional sleeping spaces.
Finally, you will discover a modern bathroom with toilet, a hairdryer, a washing machine and the possibility of parking two cars.
