Beautiful welcoming and modern house with swimming pool located in La Baule-Escoublac that has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It features a large living room tastefully decorated, 4 bedrooms with double beds, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, Wi-Fi internet access, a television and 3 outdoor parking spaces. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a citrus press. You will also find a washing machine, a dryer and a hair dryer at your disposal. The house is fully furnished with new furniture and has a heat pump.
ATTENTION: Parties are strictly forbidden following previous incidents with the neighborhood. Please respect the peace and quiet of the latter between 10 PM and 8 AM.
The private pool is heated and available from May 1st to September 28th.
Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is located at:

Très belle maison pour un séjour à plusieurs au calme! Superbe piscine chauffée dont toute la famille a pu profiter. Intérieur agréable. Équipement complet. Seul bémol, le four que nous n’avons pas utilisé car très sale et c’est également dommage see more

Seul bémol, le four que nous n’avons pas utilisé car très sale et c’est également dommage le barbecue était dans le même état. En dehors de cela le lieu mériterai un 10/10. PS: pour le prix de la location les draps pourraient être proposés. On pourrai y revenir sans problème. |
