Here is a superb La Baule villa for a holiday with everything nearby! This one is located just 100 m from La Baule's main beach, so you can walk there to enjoy lovely strolls, swimming and relaxation! You will also find restaurants and shops nearby.
In addition to its privileged location, this villa has an outdoor space, a garden where you will enjoy breathing in the sea air. Enter and you will be charmed: its parquet flooring, its numerous windows and its decoration combining the charm of the old and modernity, everything is designed to seduce you!
On the ground floor, you will find the bright living room with its library that invites moments of calm and relaxation accompanied by a good book. Then its dining area, which invites you to spend moments of sharing around good meals. As for the kitchen, it is modern and fully equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle); its blue colour makes it a warm place where you will enjoy gathering to prepare good food.
