This seaside style house from the last century is ideally located 270 m from the large “Plan d'eau de Mer”, accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports and a stone's throw from the village; local market, shops and restaurants. Currently only its ground floor is accessible to travelers so it offers a single-storey life that can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a double bedroom (two beds of 80), a double bedroom with windows overlooking the living room (two single beds of 90) and a sofa bed in the living room.
The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, NEPRESSO capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The TV-WIFI lounge gives access to the veranda which acts as a dining room. An independent WC and a shower room complete the rental.
For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, a dryer, outdoor furniture (table, sun lounger and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and two private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.
