It consists on the ground floor of an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs and all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender and citrus press). The TV lounge and dining room with Wi-Fi access leads to the 20m² wooden terrace. A double bedroom (160 bed), an independent toilet and a complete shower room complete this level. The upstairs has a shower room and an independent toilet, two double bedrooms (160 bed) and a room with a bunk bed. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, washing machine, garden table and chairs, and an electric plancha are also provided.

Stay in La Bernerie, a preserved village on the Jade Coast, ideally located between the St Nazaire bridge and the Vendée marshes, to explore the Pays de Retz.

This house with the charm of a seaside villa from the last century, 165m² in size, is ideally located 400m from the seafront and a stone's throw from the town; local market, shops and restaurants.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms (140 bed) and upstairs a dormitory with a double bed (140 bed) and two single beds (90 bed) which can thus accommodate up to 8 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a mixed hob (vitroceramic and town gas), an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter and grain coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The living room - dining room has a WIFI connection. The fireplace is decorative, not available. Two independent toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, then a complete shower room completes the rental.
