In Loire-Atlantique south of Saint-Nazaire, cross France's largest bridge or sail up the Vendée to discover one of the preserved villages of the Côte de Jade, La Bernerie en Retz.

This seaside-style house from last century is ideally situated 270 m from the large "Sea Water Plan", accessible to all for swimming and learning water sports and a stone's throw from the town; local market, shops and restaurants.

*Currently only its ground floor is accessible to travellers and it offers single-storey living that can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a double bedroom (two 80cm beds), a double bedroom with glass partitions overlooking the lounge (two single 90cm beds) and a sofa bed in the lounge-dining room. The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a NESPRESSO capsule coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The TV lounge-WIFI provides access to the veranda which serves as a dining room. An independent toilet and a complete bathroom complete the rental.
For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, a tumble dryer, outdoor furniture (table, sun lounger and garden furniture). The garden is enclosed and two private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 8 people.
