Located slightly away from the town centre of La Couarde-sur-Mer, you will enjoy a calm and peaceful setting, whilst remaining close to shops and beaches. Here, the bicycle is king: everything is just a few pedal strokes away.

Surrounded by a stone wall guaranteeing your peace and quiet, the property allows you to park two vehicles on the plot. You will also be able to enjoy meals on the terrace, savouring delicious grilled food prepared on the barbecue.

This single-storey house features a large, bright living space. The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. To start your day off right, a kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee maker are at your disposal. In the living area, the dining room invites you to gather around its round table, whilst the TV lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa, is perfect for relaxing in front of a film or watching a sporting event. The fireplace can be used during your stay, but firewood is not provided.

On the night side, two bedrooms welcome your peaceful nights:
A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200).
A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a hairdryer. The house also has a washing machine for your comfort.
