Haven of peace located in La Flotte en Ré, just steps away from the sea and shops, Villa Cali is a typical house of the Île de Ré, bright, comfortable, and warm. You will appreciate its large cathedral living room facing south, bathed in light throughout the day. Ideally located near the village center and the seafront promenade, it is perfect for walks on foot or by bike. Outside, you will enjoy a garden, a terrace equipped with furniture, barbecue and plancha, as well as a private pool, open and heated from May 1st to September 28th, for moments of relaxation in complete conviviality.
Fully equipped, this 125 m² house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Push open the entrance door and discover a spacious, bright living area with direct access to the terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. You will also find everything you need for your breakfasts, with a kettle, a toaster and an Espresso coffee maker.
Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate 10 people, or enjoy the outdoor table on the terrace on sunny days. In the evening, gather in the friendly living room, furnished with sofas, a coffee table, and a television.
The night area consists of 5 bedrooms. Four of them are equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200). One of the ground floor bedrooms has its own adjoining bathroom. The last sleeping area is located on the mezzanine: a sofa bed with a glass roof overlooking the living room.
For more comfort, two other bathrooms with toilets are available, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.
A washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron are also at your disposal.
You will be able to park up to two vehicles and store your bicycles safely in the housing courtyard.

We had a nice stay here with a group of friends. The house looks like the pictures, it is spacious and is well equipped, and the pool and bbq were great. It is also in a lovely area, only 10 minutes walk to La Flotte. There were a few issues with see more

It is also in a lovely area, only 10 minutes walk to La Flotte. There were a few issues with check in - the address didn’t match what was on the Airbnb app, so it was hard to find; and we had to sign a form on arrival that was not in English. We also did not have wifi for our stay as there was an issue with it but received a partial refund for this and the host was quick to respond. There was also not enough toilet paper or washing / dishwasher tablets for our stay. We paid extra for linen (outside of the Airbnb app) but the beds were not made when we arrived and we made them ourselves. The house could have been a bit cleaner. It is a nice place but a few things could be improved. |
