Welcome to La Forêt-Fouesnant, an ideal destination for a stay between land and sea. This large 200 m² character house, perfect for 8 adults and 2 children, combines the charm of the old with all modern comfort for unforgettable holidays. Nestled between the Cap Coz point and the Port-La-Forêt harbour, it offers a peaceful setting just steps away from beaches and coastal paths. Enjoy its two terraces for outdoor meals, its large garden and barbecue for delicious grilling. Whether you love sailing, hiking or simply recharging, this house is perfect for discovering southern Finistère.

Push the door and discover a reception hall that leads to the different spaces of the house. On your right, an independent kitchen recently renovated and fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the necessary equipment to cook. Moving straight ahead, you enter a large living room of about 40 m², featuring a fireplace, a lounge area with sofas and television, as well as a large extendable dining table for 10-12 people. This bright room opens directly onto the first terrace. Behind the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), storage shelves and a desk. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as an independent toilet, complete the ground floor.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, a reading area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The first two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage cupboard. The third bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm). The last bedroom, ideal for children, is fitted with a bunk bed, games and a desk.

For greater comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.
