Welcome to La Forêt-Fouesnant, an ideal destination for a stay between land and sea. This large characterful house of 200 m², ideal for 8 adults and 2 children, combines the charm of yesteryear with all modern comforts for an unforgettable holiday. Nestled between the tip of Cap Coz and the port of Port-La-Forêt, it offers a peaceful setting just a few steps from beaches and coastal paths. Make the most of its two terraces for outdoor dining, its large garden and its barbecue for delicious grilled food. Whether you enjoy sailing, hiking or simply recharging your batteries, this house is perfect for discovering south Finistère.

Push the door and discover a reception hall that leads to the different spaces of the house. On your right, an independent kitchen recently renovated and fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and everything needed for cooking. Moving straight ahead, you enter a large living room of approximately 40 m², equipped with a fireplace, a lounge area with sofas and television, as well as a large extendable dining table for 10-12 people. This bright room opens directly onto the first terrace. Behind the lounge, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), storage shelves and a desk. A bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as an independent toilet complete the ground floor.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, a reading area, a bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet. The first two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage cupboard. The third bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm). The last bedroom, ideal for children, is equipped with a bunk bed, games and a desk.

For your comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.

Outside, you will benefit from three parking spaces.
