A terrace will allow you to gather around an aperitif or enjoy delicious grilled food on the barbecue or plancha.
Inside, the spacious and tastefully decorated house offers all the necessary comfort. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, able to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The two master suites are equipped with Queen size beds (160/200), televisions and private bathrooms for more privacy. The third bedroom has a double bed (140/190) in a mezzanine, and two single beds (90/190). The fourth bedroom offers a double bed (140/190), a single bed (90/190) in a mezzanine and a two-seater sofa bed.
For moments of conviviality, you will enjoy an open living space with a fully equipped American kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave). Its central island is a true invitation to sharing. The cosy living room is ideal for relaxing and spending time together in a warm atmosphere.
For even more comfort, the house provides you with practical equipment such as a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
To park, you can use the parallel street, and nearby at 50m there is a large car park.
