The interior has a laundry room at the entrance, equipped with a washing machine. Opposite the front door, you will find a separate WC, then access to the large living room. The living room, with its sofa and TV, is located next to the dining room. A large open and fully equipped kitchen awaits you, with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a Senseo coffee machine, as well as all the utensils you need to cook. You will also have access to the terrace through the bay window.
Just in front of the entrance, you will discover a master suite with a queen size bed (160x200) and a private shower room.
Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms, one of which also has a queen size bed (160x200), while the other offers a queen size bed and a bunk bed. You will also find the second bathroom and a separate toilet.
For added convenience, a parking space is available in front of the house, and you can store up to five bikes in the laundry room.

A veranda equipped with additional heating to enjoy in winter, a terrace with a plancha and a super enclosed garden await you to savour the sun from breakfast, make barbecues or relax on the lounger after swimming.
The entrance is through the veranda, where there is a dining room ideal for sharing a meal with family while enjoying the sun.
