Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture, perfect for children, as well as a beautiful 20 m² terrace. Barbecue, outdoor meals and moments of relaxation in the sun will punctuate your summer days.
From the entrance, you will be seduced by a beautiful, bright living space, consisting of a friendly living room / dining room. The lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television, invites relaxation after a well-filled day. A wood-burning stove completes the ensemble for warm evenings out of season. The bay window offers direct access to the terrace and garden, bringing beautiful brightness to the space.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bean-to-cup espresso machine, toaster, kettle as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good meals.
On the night side, a first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a Queen Size bed (160x190). A modern bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and toilet completes this level. Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), ideal for a family, and the second with a double bed (140x190). A separate toilet completes the house for added comfort.
Three private parking spaces are also available to you, on the grounds and just in front of the house's gate.
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a fan for very hot days, and an outdoor shower and toilet (beach return).
