Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden with garden furniture, perfect for children, as well as a beautiful 20 m² terrace. Barbecues, outdoor meals and moments of relaxation in the sun will punctuate your summer days.
From the entrance, you will be seduced by a beautiful bright living space, composed of a welcoming lounge/dining room. The lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a television, invites you to relax after a busy day. A wood-burning stove completes the set for warm evenings outside the season. The bay window offers direct access to the terrace and garden, bringing beautiful light to the space.
The open-plan American kitchen, opening onto the living space, is fully equipped to meet all your needs: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, bean-to-cup espresso machine, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.
On the sleeping side, a first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a Queen Size bed (160x190). A modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC completes this level. Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), ideal for a family, and the second with a double bed (140x190). A separate WC completes the house for added comfort.
Two private parking spaces inside the property are also at your disposal.
