For holidays by the sea in the heart of Noirmoutier Island, this is THE rental you need! What a pleasure to discover this beautiful and large house where you can meet up with friends or family. The house is located in a secure residence and the beach is only 250m away with direct access.
Located in La Guérinière, this 110 m² single-storey house has 1 living room of 50 m² with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, including one at the end of the house in a quiet area, 2 bathrooms with 2 hair dryers and 2 toilets. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, oven, induction hob, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle... You have a washing machine and a dryer, located in the garage. The patio doors open directly onto the terraces, one facing east and the other of 35m2 facing west. The terraces and the wooded garden, with garden furniture, the barbecue, and the ping-pong table (with rackets and balls), allow you to take advantage of the shade and the sun of the Vendée coast in turn. Wifi access is available. Children will easily get busy with books, players and numerous DVDs and VHS, board and outdoor games. You will also find a baby bed and a high chair for the little ones (on request before arrival).
The advantage of an island is that the change of scenery is immediate, for a weekend or for a long vacation. Noirmoutier Island is no exception to the rule, even if a bridge provides access to it. Life flows to the rhythm of swimming, fishing trips on foot, bike rides, meal breaks and stops on the terrace. The discovery of the island also leads you to the charming village of Le Vieil and the pontoons of the port of Herbaudière. Not to mention the Gois, the only submersible road in Europe to reach the continent, where you can drive on the edge of the water before the tide covers it.
