As soon as you enter the house, you will be seduced by the beautiful bright living area, with a fully equipped American kitchen: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Enough to delight food lovers! After a good meal prepared by yourself, sit at the large dining room table, ideal for a convivial moment with your loved ones. On the other side, the lounge area invites you to relax in its comfortable sofas and armchairs in front of a film or a sporting event on television.
For your nights, the house has 3 spacious, comfortable and modular bedrooms. They all have two single beds (80x200) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). The first is located opposite the entrance and has its own adjoining bathroom with a hairdryer. The other two are upstairs and one of them also has bunk beds (90x190). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the upstairs.
For greater convenience, the house also has a washing machine in a laundry room where you can also store up to 5 bicycles and your vehicle can be parked with complete peace of mind in a parking space reserved outside the house.

A veranda equipped with additional heating to enjoy in winter, a terrace with a plancha and a super enclosed garden await you to savour the sun from breakfast, make barbecues or relax on the lounger after swimming.
