This large holiday home of 180m² has on one level 2 double bedrooms with garden access (1x160) (2x80), a triple bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90) and in the basement a triple dormitory room (1x140 + 1x90) with billiards for a capacity of 10 people.

Comfortable, the living and dining room provides direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection, you can enjoy the fireplace with wood available. The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...). A complete bathroom completes this floor. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are also provided for maximum comfort.

In the basement, you will have access to the billiards room and an independent shower and toilet, as well as the garage, which also has a shower for your returns from fishing or the beach. Garden furniture, a children's area, and an electric plancha are available.
