This Architect-designed house of 120m2 can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located facing the small beach of La Prée and its mooring dock (free all year round), and also just a few steps from the first restaurants.

Once you pass the entrance portal, discover a large terrace with a sea view and an enclosed garden where you can park 2 cars.
