It comprises an entrance into a lounge with a sofa bed (140) serving as; An independent kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob as well as all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (refrigerator - freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle). A double bedroom with a bed (160) and a fully renovated bathroom with toilet (10/2023), featuring an Italian shower, a vanity unit, a hairdryer. A washing machine and an iron are also at your disposal for maximum comfort.
Enjoy the south-facing garden and its furniture (table, chairs, parasol and electric barbecue).
