Located just 400 m from the famous Cormier beach, in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this single-storey house of 90 m² and its 30 m² outbuildings are east-west facing on a closed and secure plot of 640 m². With 6 bedrooms, this accommodation can accommodate up to 10 adults and 1 child.
The main house consists of a comfortable living room with a TV lounge area and its DVD/Blu-ray player and a dining area (note that the TV does not offer channels or platforms but can accommodate a Chromecast or any equivalent system). Right next to it, you will find the open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle and multi-function food processor. On the night side, the house includes a master suite (140 bed) with bathtub, two double rooms (140 bed), a single room for a child (90 bed), a bathroom and an independent toilet.
In terms of amenities, you will enjoy a room with a jacuzzi available all year round, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and two independent bedrooms (140 cm bed).
