This semi-detached house of 68m² comprises a TV lounge with electric fireplace, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle and electric griddle, an independent toilet completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a double bedroom (2x90) with private washbasin, leading through to the master suite (160) with an ensuite and especially a small balcony with a lovely view of the sea and the pines.

For maximum comfort, the following are provided: board games, a washing machine, hair dryer, ironing table and iron, and on the two well-exposed terraces, garden furniture, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue, and a few sun loungers.

You will be able to park for free on the street facing the house, and secure your bicycles on the enclosed terrace.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, 900 m from the famous Cormier beach and 5 minutes by bike from all amenities (Tharon-Plage town centre, La Plaine-sur-Mer and Préfailles town centres), this single-storey house of 55 m², set on a enclosed and secure plot of 650 m², can accommodate up to 3 people.

The house comprises an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and television. It also has an independent living room with TV and convertible sofa (140x190), a utility room with washing machine and walk-in shower, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The bedroom benefits from new bedding in 160x200.

For maximum comfort, a pétanque court, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are available (available depending on drought conditions and prefectural orders).

You will be able to secure your bicycles and park up to 3 cars on the property grounds.
