This semi-detached house of 68m² consists of a TV living room with an electric fireplace, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle and electric griddle, an independent toilet completes the ground floor.
