This large holiday home of 180m² has on one level 2 double bedrooms with garden access (1x160) (2x80), a triple bedroom with double bed (140) and a single bed (90) and in the basement a triple dormitory bedroom (1x140 + 1x90) with billiard table for a capacity of 10 people.
Comfortable, the living dining room gives direct access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection, you can enjoy the fireplace with wood available. The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and all the household appliances necessary to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...). A bathroom completes this floor. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are also provided for maximum convenience.
In the basement you will have access to the billiard room and a separate shower and toilet as well as the garage, which also has a shower for your return from fishing or the beach. Garden furniture, a children's area and an electric griddle are available
