A true haven of peace between sea and countryside, it boasts an important diversity of landscapes. An lively and attractive seafront, a peaceful countryside, a pleasant and developed town centre. La Plaine-sur-Mer, paradise for shore fishing, water sports enthusiasts and fans of doing nothing!

Located 100m from the seafront at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from the Customs Officers' Path and its intimate fishing spots and coves, this spacious 130m² house has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children.

This family house is on one level with the exception of a mezzanine, it has a WIFI connection and consists, on the living side, of a large air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home, induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A mezzanine games room with a small sea view, a living-dining room (equipped with a TV and a wood stove), giving access to a terrace shaded by a pergola. For maximum comfort, all garden furniture and a gas plancha are provided. On the night side, you will have a master suite with a bed (140) - two bunk beds (80) and a private bathroom, a room with a bed (140) and two bunk beds (80), a room with a bed (140) and an independent bathroom and toilet. The little extra for heat, sun and tanning lovers, a solarium veranda and a large well-exposed terrace are accessible from one of the bedrooms.

You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the enclosed and secure grounds of the house.

Located just 300 m from the famous Cormier beach, on a quiet street, this 110 m² house is south-facing on a closed and secure plot of 200 m². With 4 bedrooms, this accommodation can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.

The house consists of a comfortable living room with a TV lounge area, a dining area that can be transformed into a billiards table, a semi-open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle and multi-function food processor. An independent toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor.

On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom 1: suite with a King Size bed (180x200) and its shower room
Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
Bedroom 3: 2 inseparable single trundle beds (80x200)
Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x200) and a double bunk bed (140x200)

A bathroom with double washbasin, bath and shower, as well as an independent toilet is also located on the floor.

You will be able to secure your bicycles on the side of the house and park up to 2 cars under the carport. Additional spaces are available free of charge just in front of the house.
