This villa, called Le Chalet Marylène, is situated on an old hillside, just 700 m on foot from the seafront, in the quiet district of la Peignère. It can accommodate 14 adults and 1 child.
This family home is set on one level and comprises an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Tassimo coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and much more). A dining room, a lounge with TV, a utility room with wine cellar, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities. Two WCs, a bathroom and a bedroom (160 bed) complete the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with double beds (140), including one with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds (2 x 90), a bathroom, a shower room and an independent toilet.
Oriented East-West, the house has a closed and secure garden with multiple spaces. For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a few sun loungers are provided.
You will be able to park for free on the hillside, opposite the house.
The villa is ideally situated in a central area of La Plaine-sur-Mer, close to numerous points of interest:
- 750 m from Port Giraud beach
- 800 m on foot from Joalland and la Gravette beaches
- 900 m from the first cycle paths of "La Loire à Vélo" and "Vélocéan", connecting Bourgneuf bay to Mesquer
- 1.3 km from the Michelin-starred restaurant "Anne de Bretagne | Mathieu Guibert"
- 1.5 km from the shellfish farming area and "Spiruline de Retz"

Extérieur hyper jolie et grand, agréable pour des moments de détente ou de jeux, vraiment on a apprécié.
Maison assez bien équipée mais le salon et la cuisine sont peu spacieux pour accueillir 14 personnes, hauteur du plafond un peu juste pour les psee more

Maison assez bien équipée mais le salon et la cuisine sont peu spacieux pour accueillir 14 personnes, hauteur du plafond un peu juste pour les personnes de grande taille. En revanche, les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, le nombre de sanitaires et salle de bain TOP, bien agencé, nombre de chambres pareil, c'est appréciable. Des jeux de société sont disponibles, cool pour les soirées à la maison. La maison est bien située, en voiture tout à moins de 10 mins, plage à 15 mins à pied. |

Cuisine un peu trop encombré de vaisselle, peu de place pour ranger nos courses, surtout quand on arrive à 14 personnes y'a beaucoup de courses. Dans le salon également un peu de vaisselle.
