Enjoy a pleasant stay in La Tranche-sur-Mer in this charming house that can accommodate up to 4 people. Comfortable and welcoming, it has a garden with a furnished terrace, barbecue (available from 01/07/26) and plancha, perfect for sharing good times with family or friends. Ideally located just 650m from the Grande Plage, it will allow you to easily enjoy the pleasures of the coast and the many activities of the seaside resort.
Upon arrival, you will discover the living area with, first of all, the lounge corner comprising the sofa, television and access to the garden. Just next to it, you will find the dining table as well as the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has everything you need to cook: induction hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Airfryer and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
The house has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: has a double bed (140/190)
Bedroom 2: has 2 single beds (80/190)
You also have a bathroom with a hairdryer as well as a separate toilet. For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are available to you in the house.
If needed, a travel cot, a booster seat and a potty are also provided.
To park, spaces are available on the opposite pavement.
