Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the large living space with its lounge area comprising a sofa and a television. Just next to it is the dining table, with a beautiful fireplace (decorative) opposite and access to the garden. In another room, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking: an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a **filter coffee maker.**

Nestled in a peaceful corner of the town, you will find a perfect setting to recharge and relax. But you can also enjoy numerous activities as the seaside resort of La Tranche-sur-Mer is labelled "Famille Plus" and ensures to offer many activities. Moreover, during July and August, a bus passes 200m from the house to drop you off at the beach or in the centre of La Tranche sur Mer, and all of this for free (shuttles every 15 minutes approximately).
