The living area consists of a fully equipped American kitchen, which has induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. This kitchen opens onto the dining room, a space that invites moments of sharing around good meals, then onto the lounge, a warm place ideal for chatting or relaxing in front of the television.
The house has 4 bedrooms, thus able to accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults maximum and 3 children). The master suite, located on the ground floor, is a privileged space for rest, offering a view of the swimming pool, a king-size bed and a bathroom with toilet, a complete and peaceful space for a couple. A second bedroom on the ground floor also offers a king-size bed; its lavender colour makes it a relaxing place perfect for a good night's sleep.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, with a sloped ceiling and decorated with touches of blue as well as aged wood-effect flooring, evoking the soothing seaside atmosphere. Finally, the last bedroom in the attic offers 4 single beds, perfect for children who will enjoy resting there after a moment of togetherness.
For even more convenience, this property includes a second bathroom, a bathroom with toilet, an independent toilet, two hairdryers, a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, a charcoal barbecue, a plancha and two parking spaces.

This magnificent house for 10 people with a swimming pool, located 100 metres from the beach, is THE ideal rental for your holidays on the Atlantic coast. Its modern furnishings and decoration will seduce you as much as its beautiful shaded terrace and its barbecue. From grilling to the pool, it's just a splash away!
