Only a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Sainte-Marguerite dunes, in a calm and unspoilt environment, this large family home of 200 m² located in Landéda welcomes you for a friendly stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 11 people, it appeals with its beautiful spaces, its vast garden and its immediate proximity to the sea and the remarkable natural areas of the Breton coast.
An exterior ideal for enjoying your holiday
Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed and tree-lined garden of over 2,000 m², perfect for sharing moments of relaxation in the open air. A beautiful 35 m² terrace with good exposure to make the most of sunny days is furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and a fire pit to pleasantly extend summer evenings.
Both children and adults will also appreciate the games and sports facilities located just 2 minutes' walk from the house. For more cosy moments, an outbuilding converted into a cinema room will allow you to share DVD evenings with family or friends.
A warm and perfectly equipped house
Upon arrival, you will discover a pleasant lounge equipped with three comfortable sofas, ideal for gathering after a day at the beach or a sea outing.
The large dining room, warm and welcoming, has a table that can accommodate up to 11 guests as well as a decorative fireplace adding charm and authenticity to the space.
The open-plan American kitchen overlooking the dining room is fully equipped: gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, percolator coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.
A desk area as well as a pantry with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor.
