Upon your arrival, you directly enter a pleasant living room equipped with two comfortable sofas, a few armchairs, a television and a fireplace ideal for cooler winter evenings. Next to it, a spacious independent kitchen, bright thanks to its large bay windows opening onto the terrace, will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. It is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle.
On the night side, the three bedrooms located upstairs offer all the necessary comfort: a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a second with a double bed (140x190) and a third equipped with two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or friends. The house also includes two bathrooms: the first on the ground floor with a hairdryer shower, as well as a separate WC; the second upstairs with a shower and WC.
One last room on the ground floor will allow you to easily store your bicycles and beach equipment. For added comfort, it is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but you can park on the street or in a parking lot located a few metres away.
