As soon as you enter, you discover a beautiful living space full of charm, enhanced by its stone walls that give it a warm and authentic atmosphere. The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for getting together after a day of discovery. Extending from this, a large family table awaits you to share good meals, warmed by the presence of a beautiful usable fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. The open kitchen, both friendly and very well equipped, has gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils.
Upstairs, the night area consists of four comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor for even more convenience. A second bathroom is accessible on the ground floor, in the garage, where you can also store up to 8 bicycles, ideal for your trips on the many cycle paths of the island. Two separate toilets complete the house, one on each floor.
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Although it does not have a private parking space, you will be able to park freely in a small car park 40 m from the accommodation, or in the neighbouring streets free of charge.
