Located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Bois-Plage-en-Ré and the beaches, this charming 110m² house welcomes up to 8 travellers for a holiday where comfort, gentle living and Ré island atmosphere blend harmoniously. You will enjoy a stay in the immediate vicinity of shops, the market and the island's finest beaches.
From the entrance, you discover a beautiful living space full of charm, enhanced by its stone walls which give it a warm and authentic atmosphere. The lounge invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Further on, a large family table awaits you to share good meals, warmed by the presence of a beautiful usable fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. The open kitchen, both convivial and very well equipped, has gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils.
On the upper floor, the night section consists of four comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with shower is also located on this floor for added convenience. A second bathroom is accessible on the ground floor, in the garage, where you can also store up to 8 bicycles, ideal for your getaways on the many cycling paths on the island. Two separate toilets complete the house, one on each floor.
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Although it does not have a private parking space, you can park freely in a small car park 40 m from the accommodation, or in the neighbouring streets free of charge.
