Fill up on iodised oxygen by staying in this beautiful house located in Croisic, a small Town of Character that will seduce you with its port, its picturesque streets, its market with its fish halls. Ideal place for a breath of sea air!
Beautiful 85 m² house located in Le Croisic which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a living area with a television, an enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, three bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which has an additional single bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. It also has a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and a baby bath. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. The fireplace is not functional.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
- 190 m from Intermarché supermarket
- 400 m from Le Croisic train station
- 850 m from Le Croisic port
- 1 km from Valentin sandy beach
- 3 km from Saint Michel beach
- 3 km from Café de la plage restaurant
- 1 km from le Bot restaurant

This furnished accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

L',environnement autour de la maison.En effet l',annonce montrait plusieurs photos de la maison, sauf la vue que l',on a du jardin. Vu panoramique sur l',intermarché , avec un parking étonnamment envahi par des camping car.Donc plutôt décevant.
