Let yourself be tempted by a stay in Le Guilvinec, in southern Finistère, by this charming traditional fisherman's house, welcoming and modernised, well located and well equipped, with its seaside spirit decoration
This typically Breton house, classified 3* in furnished tourist accommodation, combining old stones and modern comfort, located in a quiet street 300 metres from the Grève Blanche beach, 800 metres from the town centre and port, will allow you to fully enjoy holidays between walks, swimming, shore fishing or around a seafood tasting, with family or friends.
Entering through the garden, you access a terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds, and its barbecue, perfect for enjoying good grilled food.
On the ground floor, the living room has preserved all its rustic and warm charm, with its beams, exposed stones and old furniture (Fireplace not usable): the large friendly table will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, and to relax, a TV lounge area, its large corner sofa and armchairs.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing good little dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave oven. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and two coffee makers, one with filters and the other with Senseo pods.
Just next to it is a bright master suite, with bay window, overlooking the garden, consisting of a Queen size 160x200cm bed and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. An independent toilet completes this level of the house.
Upstairs you will have 2 bedrooms, with a view of the garden: the first with 1 Queen size 160x200cm bed and 1 single bed 90x190cm and the second bedroom with a Queen size 160x200cm bed.
A bathroom with bathtub, large washbasin and toilet complete the floor.
For your peace of mind, the garden alley allows two parking spaces in a fenced property.
For your autonomy, you have an electric vehicle charging point.
