This typically Breton house, classified 3* as holiday accommodation, combining old stone and modern comfort, located on a quiet street 300 metres from Grève Blanche beach, 800 metres from the town centre and harbour, will allow you to make the most of your holiday between walks, swimming, rock pooling sessions or enjoying a seafood tasting, with family or friends.

Upon entering through the garden, you access a terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and its barbecue, perfect for enjoying good grilled food.

On the ground floor, the living space has retained all its charm, rustic and warm, with its beams, exposed stone and antique furniture (Fireplace not usable): the large convivial table will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, and to relax, a TV lounge area, its large corner sofa and armchairs.

The kitchen, fully equipped, is ideal for preparing good home-cooked meals thanks to its induction hobs, traditional oven and microwave. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers, one with filters and the other with Senseo pods.

Just next to it is a bright master suite, with a bay window, overlooking the garden, comprising a Queen size double bed 160x200cm and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. An independent toilet completes this level of the house.

On the upper floor you will have 2 bedrooms, with a view of the garden: the first with 1 Queen size double bed 160x200 cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm and the second bedroom with a Queen size bed 160x200cm.

A bathroom with a bathtub, a large sink and a toilet complete the floor.

For your peace of mind, the garden path allows two parking spaces in a fenced property.

For your independence, you benefit from an electric vehicle charging point.
