This typically Breton house, classified 3* in furnished tourist accommodation, combining old stones and modern comfort, located on a quiet street 300 metres from the Grève Blanche beach, 800 metres from the town centre and port, will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays between walks, swimming, shore fishing or around a seafood tasting, with family or friends.
Upon entering through the garden, one gains access to a terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and its barbecue, perfect for enjoying delicious grilled dishes.
On the ground floor, the living room has retained all its charm, rustic and warm, with its beams, exposed stones and old furniture (Fireplace not usable): the large convivial table will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, with and to relax, a TV lounge area, its large corner sofa and armchairs.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is ideal for preparing delicious little dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave oven. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers, one with filters and the other with Senseo pods.
Right next to it is a bright master suite, with a bay window, overlooking the garden, consisting of a queen-size double bed 160x200cm and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. An independent toilet completes this level of the house.
On the first floor you will have 2 bedrooms, with a view of the garden: the first with 1 double bed Queen size 160x200 cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm and with a Queen size 200 cm.

Welcome to Annette's house, located in Guilvinec at only 300 m from the beach. You will appreciate its bright interior as well as its garden, perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the barbecue.
Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 young children.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge with its sofas and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso are also at your disposal.
