At the entrance of the house there are two private parking spaces for you to park throughout your stay.
You will enter a large open room, consisting of a kitchen, a lounge with satellite TV (TNT channels) and a dining room with access to the veranda and garden. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, two coffee makers (Senseo and filter), dishwasher, toaster, as well as all the kitchen utensils necessary to prepare good meals. In the adjacent room, you will find a bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm. A bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) complete the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds 90*190cm as well as a bedroom equipped with a double bed 140*190cm and its private bathroom with shower. You will also find a desk area in enfilade. An independent toilet is present on the upper floor.

This house invites you to enjoy Guilvinec with family or friends! Just a stone's throw from the port, you will love going there to enjoy the fishing returns or to take advantage of the entertainment.
You will be welcomed by the living area: its lounge-dining room is beautifully arranged, with blue touches making it a most pleasant place. The lounge will allow you to take a break in front of a series or film, and the dining room awaits you for your family gatherings around good dishes, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen of the house. It has an induction hob, a combined fridge-freezer, a combined microwave oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, **2 Senseo and Espresso coffee makers**, a toaster and a kettle.
In the evening, you can go up to rest in one of the 2 bedrooms of the house. Both are cosy havens with light colours, each able to accommodate 3 travellers thanks to their double bed and single bed. An independent toilet and its hand basin complete the upper floor.
