At the entrance of the house, there are two private parking spaces for you to park throughout your stay.
You will enter a large open room, consisting of a kitchen, a living room with satellite TV (TNT channels) and a dining room with access to the veranda and garden. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, two coffee makers (Senseo and filter), a dishwasher, a toaster, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to make you good meals. In the adjacent room, you will find a bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm. A bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) complete the ground floor.
Upstairs there is a room with two single beds 90*190cm as well as a room equipped with a double bed 140*190cm and its private bathroom with shower. You will also find an office space in suite. An independent toilet is present upstairs.

This house invites you to enjoy Guilvinec with family or friends! Just a stone's throw from the port, you will love going there to enjoy the fishing returns or to enjoy the atmosphere.
You will be welcomed by the living area: its living room-dining room is nicely arranged, the bluish touches make it one of the most pleasant places. The living room will allow you to take a break in front of a series or a film, and the dining room awaits you for family gatherings around good dishes, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen of the house. It has an induction hob, a combined fridge-freezer, a combined microwave-oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, an Espresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
In the evening, you can go up to rest in one of the two rooms in the house. Both are cosy cocoons with light colours, each able to accommodate 3 travellers thanks to their double bed and single bed. An independent toilet and its hand basin complete the floor.
