Combining renovated antique furniture and contemporary decoration, this furnished accommodation will seduce you as much by its decoration as by its large enclosed garden. Isolated from prying eyes, it will be ideal for family barbecues and moments of relaxation in a deckchair. Children will be able to play there in complete peace.
The kitchen is independent with gas cooking, a traditional oven and microwave for cooking delicious meals. A refrigerator and dishwasher are also at your disposal. For breakfasts, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle are available. There is a small table for four in the kitchen, and a beautiful glass table for six in the dining room, with its beautiful Saffron and wooden chairs, which make you want to sit around a tasty meal. The lounge-TV corner, with its anthracite grey furniture and orange decorative touches, invites you to relax with a good book or film. An independent toilet and a bathroom with shower complete the ground floor rooms.
The night space is located upstairs. There are three beautiful bedrooms, all equally well decorated. The "Prairie" room, with its double bed, immerses you in a flowery and colourful atmosphere. The second "Nature" with a double bed, combines beige and white with wicker and rattan accessories. The third "Marine", with its two single beds, evokes a small cabin under the eaves with its wooden panelling. A brand new second bathroom with shower completes the upstairs, as well as a second toilet.
For greater comfort, you will have a washing machine and a hair dryer. You can park three vehicles in the driveway and your bicycles in the garage. A combined fridge-freezer is also at your disposal in the garage, to keep your ice creams safely.

This house invites you to enjoy Guilvinec with family or friends! Just a stone's throw from the port, you will love going there to enjoy the fishing returns or to take advantage of the entertainment.
You will be welcomed by the living area: its lounge-dining room is beautifully arranged, with blue touches making it a most pleasant place. The lounge will allow you to take a break in front of a series or film, and the dining room awaits you for your family gatherings around good dishes, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen of the house. It has an induction hob, a combined fridge-freezer, a combined microwave oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, an Espresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
