Come and discover this large seaside house located in Guilvinec. You will appreciate its garden with its barbecue and its balcony overlooking the sea as well as its direct proximity to the beach and a play park, perfect for children.

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house spread over 3 levels can accommodate up to 12 travellers.

The house has two fully furnished floors. It is equipped with a kitchen - a dining room and a living room on each of these levels. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with a large dining table, overlooking a cosy living room, ideal for a moment of peace. On this same floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath-shower.

On the upper floor, you will discover a second fully equipped kitchen (independent induction kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster and kettle). You can enjoy your meals in the living-dining room whilst taking in the beautiful ocean view. This living space opens onto the balcony, a suspended space offering a privileged view. On this same floor, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed also benefiting from a sea view, as well as a bathroom and toilet facilities.

Finally, on the top floor, you will discover the two final bedrooms. The first one has two bunk beds and a single bed (ideal for children or teenagers).
The last bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

A bathroom and an office space complete this floor.

For your comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.

You will benefit from two parking spaces located outside in the garden.
