Come and stay in this spacious and charming house, ideal for welcoming up to 10 people during your next holiday.
Enjoy an idyllic setting combining comfort, relaxation and leisure, thanks to the many activities available on site. You will love relaxing in the large swimming pool (unheated), accessible from 1st June to 15th September. For those who enjoy games, a table football and a ping-pong table are at your disposal in the garage.
Fancy a film night? One of the rooms is equipped with a home cinema with a rear projector to watch your favourite films in a cosy atmosphere.
And to complete the experience, a vast garden awaits you for outdoor meals, around a barbecue or a plancha, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer evenings.
The icing on the cake: the beach is only 650 metres away! A great opportunity to alternate between sea bathing and relaxation by the pool.

Upon your arrival you will discover a hall. On your left you will find the lounge with its large sofas and a fireplace. To the right of the hall, you will find the dining room as well as the fully equipped kitchen. You will find an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as an Espresso machine. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron, then access to the garage. You will discover two first bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and the second with a Queen size bed (160x200). There is also the room with the video projector as well as two bathrooms.

On the upper floor, you will have access to the three remaining bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (140x190), and the last one has two single beds (90x190). You will also find the last bathroom there.

To park, three private parking spaces are available in front of the house.

On the embankment and at the foot of the villas, you can also cycle. After that, you will have well deserved to taste the famous niniches! To change your horizons, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometres away.
