Come and stay in this spacious and charming house located in Pouliguen, just 650 metres from the beach. You will love the many activities available on site: swimming pool (unheated and accessible from 1st June to 15th September), table football, table tennis, home cinema, everything is designed so that everyone can find their happiness.

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house spread over two levels can accommodate up to 10 travellers.

Upon your arrival you will discover the lounge with its large sofas and a fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster as well as a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine are also at your disposal. You can share your meals at the dining table or you can also enjoy the garden with its barbecue.

On the night side, the house has 5 bedrooms spread over two levels:
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed
On the first floor:
Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 4: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 5: equipped with two single beds

Two bathrooms, a shower room and independent toilets complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
For parking, three private parking spaces are available in front of the house.

To change your horizons, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometres away.
