Outside, a peaceful and enclosed garden awaits you to fully enjoy the fine weather in tranquillity, offering you the opportunity to observe numerous birds and squirrels roaming about. Settle around the table for an outdoor meal or prepare delicious grilled food thanks to the barbecue provided. Whilst the children play safely, you can relax peacefully and savour the tranquil atmosphere of the place. A pétanque court just 30 metres away as well as two tennis courts will allow you to share leisure moments with family or friends.

From the moment you enter, you will be charmed by the bright and warm living space overlooking the garden. The lounge invites you to relax after your days at the beach, whether it's over an aperitif with family, a good film or a sporting event on television. On the sleeping side, the ground floor has a first bedroom with a single bed (90x190), a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate WC. Upstairs, you will find two other comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a Queen Size bed (160x200). A second separate WC is also available on this floor.

For added comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a private parking space.

Outside the house, you will appreciate its landscaped and fenced garden, to enjoy moments of relaxation on deckchairs or share family meals.

Upon arrival, you will discover a bright living space with direct access to the garden. The lounge area, comprising a sofa, armchairs and a television, is perfect for spending quality time together. You can have your meals around the table indoors or enjoy them on the terrace.
The kitchen, open to the living space and fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle and a Nespresso-type coffee machine are also at your disposal.
