The house has a garden overlooking the pine trees, a 42m² terrace with garden furniture, an electric barbecue, and a griddle. The American kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster. and a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a TV and a hairdryer. You can park in a free outdoor car park near the house. Two tennis courts are also available in the residence.
