Before describing this charming 90m2 house, located on the edge of the Pénerf waterway, and in the middle of oyster parks, let us evoke its strong and rare point: its indoor heated swimming pool all year round. Arranged in an extension attached to the house, wherever you are in the main room, you will be able to see it through the bay windows. It is accessed through the living room and the outdoor terrace. You will also find two solarium areas, one outside, the other covered in a bright veranda, a relaxation space, with loungers, to enjoy at all times.
Another part of the terrace is dedicated to barbecues and good meals in the open air.
In the main room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave to prepare delicious meals. And for breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (filter and Senseo).
