In the heart of the Rhuys peninsula, we have found for your family holiday a lovely old house, with charm, nestled in a quiet location and close to everything. Designed to accommodate five people, you will be seduced by the charm of its old stones, wooden beams, and small "seaside" decorative touches.
Behind the blue door, one enters the main room. On the left, you will discover a cosy TV lounge area, with its sofa and armchairs that invite relaxation, reading, or chatting over a cup of tea. The dining room, with its wooden furniture, gives a warm, friendly, and family-like atmosphere.
To enjoy good meals and good moments, a well-equipped kitchen is necessary. Open to the dining room, it has a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher. To prepare breakfast for their parents, children can use the toaster, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. Finally, a bathroom, with shower and toilet, completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, two cosy bedrooms welcome you. The first is equipped with a double bed. The second has a double bed and a single bed.
Behind the house is a lovely garden, with a charming wooden terrace, ideal for enjoying good barbecues in the open air.
For added comfort, a washing machine is available in the house, and it is possible to park two vehicles on the plot.
