It is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 14 travellers (10 adults and 4 children). It has a lovely outdoor space with a large garden where children can play freely, as well as a vast 65 m² terrace with plancha to enjoy meals in the open air facing the ocean. This is the perfect house for a family or group getaway with an affordable price per bedroom. On foot, reach the surrounding bars and restaurants to taste delicious oysters. Between walks, water activities and discovering the region's landscapes, your days will be well filled.

Pass through the front door and discover a large, bright living space with access to the terrace, offering a magnificent sea view. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), allows you to cook as you would at home. For breakfast, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large indoor dining table or enjoy the one on the terrace on sunny days. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled on the sofas facing the television, still with this superb view of the boats. A soundbar, a Samsung speaker and board games are also available.

The house can accommodate up to 14 people (10 adults and 4 children) and has 7 bedrooms:
On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with Queen Size beds and storage space, one of which has a private bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, 4 additional bedrooms: two with Queen Size beds (160x200 cm) and two with 2 single beds (90x190cm), ideal for children. A second lounge with sofa, mini-fridge, sink and a 35 m² terrace with full sea view complete the first floor. A wi-fi repeater is installed on the first floor.

Two other shared bathrooms are at your disposal, one on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, the other on the first floor. Two other separate toilets are located on each level.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the house has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hair dryer, a television, a gas plancha, garden furniture (table and chairs for 14 people) and three private parking spaces on the property.
