Just 50 metres from the beach, almost with your feet in the water, you can enjoy the soft air of Brittany. Whether you want to take a quick dip, walk barefoot on the sand, or spend a few hours relaxing under the Breton sun: you will be free to enjoy it whenever you want, all this awaits you just steps from your door!
You can also enjoy a garden where you can sunbathe in the morning, organize outdoor meals, or simply relax with a book. Its calm and relaxing atmosphere offers a beautiful outdoor space to share convivial moments with family or friends.
This charming 120m2 house offers a warm and comfortable space. From the entrance, its dining area welcomes you with its large table and living room equipped with a sofa, television and a stone fireplace which is not usable but brings a crazy charm to the room. You will also find its independent and fully equipped kitchen; with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer arm and food processor as well as all necessary utensils for cooking. Upstairs, you will access the bedrooms, with a first one with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a baby bed. The second is equipped with a Queen Size bed and a single bed and the last with two single beds (90/190). A bathroom is also accessible with two independent toilets. You can easily access the garden at the back with its garden furniture to fully enjoy your outdoor holidays and its sea view.
The house is also equipped with equipment for children (toys, high chair, baby bed / playpen, stair protection barrier).

This charming stone house has a large garden, a true asset! You will enjoy relaxing and enjoying the iodized air during beautiful days. And you can have fun with the children to fully enjoy your family holiday!
The interior of the house combines old and modern with great taste. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the living room, its wooden ceiling and old parquet floor, making it a warm place where you will love to gather and chat. Then you will discover the kitchen-dining room, modern and very well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will enjoy preparing good meals and gathering around the table to enjoy them.
Once night falls, upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first offers a cosy atmosphere with light tones where you will want to snuggle. The second bedroom is welcoming with its wooden ceiling, creating a cocoon where you will want to settle into its king-size bed. Moreover, this last one is modular because they are two single beds stuck together, so if you wish, three children can sleep in this room by separating the beds and unfolding the available folding bed.
