Outside, a large terrace awaits you for outdoor meals to enjoy the Vendée sunshine, thanks to its garden furniture and family table.
Upon entering the house, you will discover a large, warm and bright living space overlooking the garden. The tastefully furnished lounge has a relaxation corner with television for your moments of rest after a day at the beach. The dining room, with its large table, will welcome you for convivial meals with family or friends.
The open-plan kitchen is functional and well-equipped, allowing you to prepare your favourite dishes. It has induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all necessary utensils.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with shower. A separate toilet completes this space. Upstairs, two other bedrooms each have two single beds (80x190), ideal for accommodating children or friends. A second bathroom with toilet and hairdryer is also available on this floor.
For greater comfort during your stay, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a travel cot. The house does not have private parking but you will easily find available parking spaces in front of the house and a car park is available 20m away.
